This is simply wonderful. It reminds me of Time Square... Simple, yet very mesmerizing. Great job!

EDIT: For the level design, I imagine it'd look like a crossover between the White Jungle from SA2B and the Frog Jungle from Sonic Heroes. Or maybe that's just me, I dunno. Still, though. You've captured the overall feel of the Blinx music quite well. It also has that nice fresh feeling, just like the Blinx 2 music did in comparison with the originals.
