Okay, how do you get to the bonus stages? o__o I've beaten the game several times and such and replay tons of the levels but I don't recall coming across the bonus stages. Ever. And the strategy guide on the Xbox site doesn't show how to get to it. Help? D:
And I've been wanting to know this forever but how the heck do you get your rank up? I've been a rank C fooooooooorever but I'm so pro. D: Is it based off your timing of all the stages but together?

I heard the bonus stages were a hoax. As for rank ups, your team must compete in death matches. After a year, I've gone from a C to a B... I know, I'm pittiful.

Well the official Xbox page has the bonus stages. Oh well. Anyhow, what were the death matches? D: I feel so bad, I don't know anything. xD
